what's going on with log in?

I cannot seem to log in..I already have an account ..and cookie that automatically fills in the log in lines..but it keeps getting getting rejected with the message..wrong user name or password..
I keep trying and even tried to reregister..but says I already have an account..well..duh..I know that..
what should I do?

how do I reset my password? it keeps bringing me back to the message page.

Follow the directions on the screen.

The System will not let you create a new account when you already have one.
